Our Strict Recruitment Policies

Our staff will end up in important positions of trust. Before we hire a carer, it is our duty to make sure to vet our candidates thoroughly to ensure they are the right people for the jobs. We take safeguarding Vulnerable Adults extremely seriously.

All of our agency staff MUST:

• Have current, up-to-date training in all the mandatory fields. We refresh this training yearly.
• Have a verifiable work history of at least five years, and provide two professional, relevant, references, which we will check.
• Undergo an Enhanced DBS Check with Adults and Children’s Barred List.
• Show us that they have the right attitude! If we wouldn’t want someone looking after us or our family members, we wouldn’t want them looking after your residents either.
• And most importantly, our staff require 6 months of relevant experience in the UK within the last 2 years, or 2 years’ experience within the last 5. This requirement ensures that our staff fit right into UK residential home settings, and can get straight to work.
