Our staff are well-trained and experienced. We only take on candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ worth of healthcare experience in a UK care setting in the last 2 years, or 2 years within the last 5. As well as thoroughly vetting our candidates, our sister company, Aaron’s Department, provides them with Enhanced DBS checks.
