Can you guarantee consistent quality?
No, we supply people and they are all different but we try our best to supply the highest quality staff available, to our Clients. To this end all Medilink workers undergo a thorough recruitment process so that you receive fully qualified, experienced staff when you need them most.
Do you provide training?
How much notice is required if I need to cancel a booking?
We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you decide to cancel a booking. If less notice is given we may charge a fee.
Can I request the same person again?
Where possible Medilink provide staff who have previously worked at your establishment. We do this to ensure continuity of service.
Can I hire one of your candidates?
Although we do not encourage clients to recruit our candidates, we can, upon request provide a permanent placement for a fee.
Do your workers wear a uniform?
Yes all workers are issued with smart uniforms before they start with Medilink.
Why don't you offer a 24-hour service?
Quality staff cost money. We believe that every call answered is important, so we have experienced Shift Co Ordinator specialists, who have experience in the field answering your calls 6am - 22.30pm 7 days a week.
