What We Need From You

Can You Join a Healthcare Assistant Agency With No Experience?

To work with us, we require a minimum of six months of experience in the last two years in a Residential Home, Nursing Home or Hospital, or a minimum of two years experience in the last five.

Why Do We Require This Experience?

Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our healthcare assistant agency roles require our staff to slot straight in straight away, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!
(On top of this, those wanting part time healthcare assistant jobs will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. This will be carried out by our sister company, Aaron’s Department, so no need to worry about this step.)
