Hire a Nurse on our Temp-to-Perm Programme

If your organisation is looking to hire a nurse full-time, we offer a temp-to-perm scheme: you can take on our agency staff with the view to hiring them! Employing agency staff short-term means you get a trial period for every candidate, so you get a clear picture of how each candidate performs, in the comfort of your own Home. We do this on a case-by-case basis, so if this arrangement sounds good, give us a call, and we can sort out the details.

Our Strict Agency Recruitment Policies

All of our agency staff, RGN’s, RMN’s and HCA’s MUST:

  • Have current, up-to-date training in all the mandatory fields. We refresh this training yearly.
  • Have a verifiable work history of at least five years and provide two professional, relevant, references, which we will check.
  • Undergo an Enhanced DBS Check with Adults and Children’s Barred List.
  • Show us that they have the right attitude! The rule we follow is that if we wouldn’t want someone looking after us, we wouldn’t want them looking after your residents either.
  • And most importantly, our staff require 6 months of relevant experience in the UK in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5. This way, we can ensure our staff fit right into UK residential home settings.
