Last-Minute Shift Requests
Do you need someone to cover a last-minute shift? We’ve all been there – maybe someone hasn’t turned up at the shift handover, maybe they’ve come down with an illness (or a hangover…) – whatever the matter is, just give us a call and we’ll arrange for somebody to be there, pronto.
Short-Term Cover
Have you got staff on parental leave, or with holidays coming up? As soon as you know about it, tell us, and we’ll find the cover you need. One less thing for you to worry about in the future!
Long-Term Cover
If you’re needing something a bit more long-term, we can provide Nurses and HCAs on a semi-permanent contractual basis, for one year or more.
Block Bookings
This is one of our more popular services, as it allows for a great deal of flexibility. Maybe you need some cover every Monday, or every second Friday. No problem! Block bookings gives you this option without you having to make a new request each week.
Specialised 1-to-1 Care
This service is for Homes whose residents need some extra attention. If you need specialist cover, let us know, and we’ll find you the best candidate for the job.

Our Care Staff Agency Recruitment Process
We’ve built a reputation on the quality of our staff, and quality staff means quality care for your residents.
As well as ensuring that the applicant has the necessary UK-based experience, we make sure that they’re the right person. Would we want them to look after us? If the answer is no, then we wouldn’t want them to look after those under your care (and needless to say, they won’t be working with us!).
Once we’re satisfied they’re the right sort of person, we check their references, and carry out an Enhanced DBS Check with Barred List. We can quickly handle all DBS services internally thanks to our sister company, Aaron’s Department, which specialises heavily in that area.
After all this has been carried out, we provide new starters with CPD accredited training (which is then refreshed annually).
