Our Requirements

Besides a great attitude and the relevant training, Medilink Nursing has an important requirement that candidates must meet before we can offer them Bradford care home jobs:

All of our staff must have 6 months of healthcare experience within the past 2 years, or 2 years’ experience within the past 5.

This experience must be within the UK, and be fully referenced. We’ll also require a DBS check, but these are provided by our sister company, Aaron’s Department.

Why Do We Require This Experience?

While we appreciate that everybody has to start somewhere, we’ve also got to make sure that our agency staff have the level of experience that our clients expect.

Our staff need to be able to start working in unfamiliar workplaces with little-to-no induction sometimes, and without previous experience, this would be impossible.
