Medilink Nursing is a well-established nursing agency that provides temporary staff for Residential Homes across England. We’ve been serving our clients for over 25 years, and are always looking for skilled, experienced, dedicated nurses and carers to join our bank staff agency team!

For many, bank staff work is a part-time or temporary source of employment, so we do our best to make sure that when the time comes to move on, your CV’s Skills and Experience sections are full to the brim.
Another of our strong points is our tremendous support team. You’ll need to regularly liaise with us to set your available hours, get offered shifts, and of course, if you ever have any questions, we’re there to answer them! Our Operations Team is on the line from 6:00am to 10:30am every day of the year, ready to take your call whatever happens. When you join Medilink Nursing’s team of bank staff, you’ll never be required, or pressured into taking a shift, even if it falls within a period you’ve set as available. One of the main benefits of bank staff work is flexibility, so we offer you the choice of working as much or as little as you please.

What We Need From You
Aside from your qualifications, we require all of our staff to have had at least 6 months’ relevant, UK-based experience within the past 2 years, or 2 years’ experience within the past 5. We also
