Joining Medilink Care Work Agency – Our Requirements

To work with Medilink Nursing as a Nurse or Carer, we require a minimum of six months’ experience within the last two years in a Residential Home or Hospital, or a minimum of two years’ experience within the last five.

Why Do We Require This Experience?

Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our roles require our staff to slot straight in straight away, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!

We also need candidates to get an Enhanced DBS check, but this is taken care of by the team at our sister company, Aaron’s Department – so there’s no need to worry about this step.
