Of course, like all nursing agencies, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have staff available. In these (rare) cases, we’ll make sure to tell you straight away, so you can find another provider.

Our Strict Recruitment Policies
You’ve got to be able to trust your staff, particularly agency nurses, because you haven’t had the chance to vet them yourselves. Our thorough recruitment policies ensure our candidates are the right people for the jobs.
All of our agency staff MUST:
◉ Show us that they have the right attitude! If we wouldn’t want someone looking after us, we wouldn’t want them looking after your residents either.
◉ Have current, up-to-date training in all the mandatory fields. We also provide annual refresher courses in areas such as Infection Control, Health & Safety, Abuse Awareness, and more.
◉ Have a verifiable work history of at least five years, and provide two professional, relevant, references, which we will check.
◉ Have 6 months of relevant experience in the UK in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5. This way, we can ensure our staff are comfortable with UK residential home settings, and can get straight to work even in unfamiliar Homes.
◉ Undergo an Enhanced DBS Check with Adults and Children’s Barred List.
