Healthcare Assistant Requirements

Just like any job, there are certain requirements that need to be met. Once those are satisfied, you’ll be well on your way to being able to join our fantastic team of HCAs!

To be a healthcare assistant at Medilink Nursing, you must:

• Have six months experience in the last two years, or two years experience in the last five. (This must be in a Residential/Nursing Home, or Hospital environment).
• Provide at least two professional references.
• Undergo and pass a DBS check.
• Have partaken in recent training. (If you haven’t, don’t worry! As mentioned, we can provide online training courses).
• Possess the right to work and live in the UK.
