What Medilink Nursing Can Offer Nurses

At Medilink Nursing Agency, the majority of our clients are residential homes. We’re able to offer you Nurse vacancies that suit your needs, whatever they may be.

If you are just looking for the odd shift here and there to earn some extra money, or full-time hours: you can choose to work however you want.

What We Need From You

Now you know what you’ll be getting from us, but we also require a few things for you, before you can join the team.

How Much Experience do You Need?

To apply for one of our Nurse vacancies, we require a minimum of six months of experience in the last two years in a Residential Home, Nursing Home or Hospital, or a minimum of two years experience in the last five. This experience needs to be within the UK, and we must be able to verify it with your former employer!

Why Do We Require This Experience?

Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our roles require our staff to slot in quickly and easily, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!

Of course, as with any Nurse vacancy, the job offer will also be dependent on a satisfactory DBS check.

Conclusion

Don’t let the fear of returning to work hold you back; instead, embrace the opportunity to revive your nursing career with Medilink Nursing. We understand the unique challenges associated with returning to nursing and are committed to providing comprehensive support and a collaborative network to ensure a fulfilling and successful return.
