Before you can work with us, there are a few conditions we need to meet. The most important is your previous experience! We require all of our agency staff to have at least 6 months of UK-based experience from within the past 2 years, OR 2 years’ experience from within the past 5 years.

This is because our clients will need you to get to work at their Homes ASAP, with no time for on-the-job training. We appreciate that everybody has to start somewhere, but this is the best way for us to guarantee that our staff are up to the task!

Once we’ve established your work history (with references), we will conduct interviews, as with any other job. We will also arrange a DBS check for you, using the services of our sister company Aaron’s Department – thanks to them, this step is easy and hassle-free.

Once all that’s been done (our bit usually takes no more than a week, but DBS checks are unpredictable and often take longer), you can start getting nursing agency jobs with us! All you need to do is let us know your availability, and we’ll offer up shifts as and when they come up.
