The 6th of August marks 25 years of business for Medilink Nursing!
It’s been an incredible journey helping fantastic Homes, who provide quality care to those who need it.
Before we talk about ourselves for the rest of the post, we’d like to thank you for your unwavering support throughout these wonderful years. If it was not for your help, we wouldn’t be one of the few Nursing Agencies in the UK who have been around since 1998.
A little bit of history for you…
When we were incorporated in 1998, our official name was ‘Medilink (Leeds) Limited’ but that all changed very quickly! Our rapid expansion meant that by 2000, we became ‘Medilink Nursing’, as we were no longer limited to the Leeds area.
Since then, we’ve grown from a founding team of two, to an international operation employing over 40!
A few years ago, we moved our Head Office to our current location in Pudsey. We got more office space (for less money, too!) which meant we could hire more non-agency staff to expand the business, and we also had space to provide our agency staff with training and refresher courses. Our Pudsey location also comes with solid transport links – a win-win-win!
It was also around this time that we freshened up our branding – here’s a little comparison for you:

And look at us now! 25 years and still going strong. We’d like to thank our lovely clients for choosing us, as well as our dedicated agency staff that make the whole operation possible.
