What We Need From You

Now you know what you’ll be getting from us, but we also require a few things for you to be a part of the team.

Can You Do Residential Care Home Work With No Experience?

To work with Medilink Nursing Agency as a Nurse, we require a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the last 2 years in a UK Care Home, Nursing Home or Hospital, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the last 5.

Why Do We Require This Experience?

Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our residential home jobs require our staff to slot straight in straight away, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!

As with all healthcare work, we require a valid DBS check, but these will be provided fast and free of charge by our sister company, Aaron’s Department. One less thing to worry about.
