What We Need From You

Can You Be a Registered General Nurse With No Experience?
To work with Medilink Nursing Agency as a Nurse, we require a minimum of six months of experience in the last two years in a Residential Home, Nursing Home or Hospital, or a minimum of two years experience in the last five.
Why Do We Require This Experience?
Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our roles require our staff to slot straight in straightaway, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!
