To work with Medilink Nursing Nurse Agency as a Nurse, we require a minimum of six months of experience in the last two years in a Residential Home, Nursing Home or Hospital, or a minimum of two years experience in the last five. This experience needs to be within the UK, and we need to be able to verify it with your old employer!

Why Do We Require This Experience?

Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our roles require our staff to slot straight in straight away, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!

Any agency nurse will also need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, a necessity in healthcare!.
