What the job entails:

In your role as a Day Healthcare Assistant you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

Considerable Day Healthcare Assistant candidates would need to have:

• Enjoyment from the work they do.
• A patient attitude to those under your care.
• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.

Requirements you must meet are:

• Have done recent care training.
• Have a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Be happy to go to differet care homes.
