Position specification:

As a Carer, your responsibility will be to perform high-quality support for people in need of care. The job involves helping with their immediate needs and assisting them with their daily tasks.

It is expected that the ideal Carer has:

Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.

You should have experience managing your own workload effectively.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
