We are currently looking for a Senior HCA - Days in Castleford.

Position specification:

As a Senior HCA - Days, you'll be making a difference in others' lives, assisting in all forms of day-to-day activities and tasks.

To be an ideal Senior HCA - Days, you should have:

• Minimum of 6 months (in the last 2 years) working experience in Nursing or Residential Care.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Appreciation for what they do.
• A caring and patient attitude towards others.
• Flexibility to work shifts on a varied schedule.

What will be required of you:

• Adaptable to different care home settings.
• Have a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Be able to show you possess the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Payment:£10.42-£20.74
