There is a new vacancy in WF7 Pontefract for a Senior Part Time Carer.

Information about the role:

Working as a Senior Part Time Carer, you’ll be responsible for providing support to others, so that they can live their days to the fullest. You will be assisting with any needs, both personal and physical, to better their life.

What do we expect from the ideal Senior Part Time Carer?

• On-the-job experience in a Nursing Home or Residential Care Home. We require a minimum of 6 months' experience in the past 2 years, or 2 years' experience in the last 5 years.
• Flexibility to different work shifts.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

What will be required of you:

• Be happy to attend a number of different care homes.
• Possess up-to-date training in all the necessary fields.
• Be able to plan and manage assignments.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£19

*All successful applicants must be registered with the DBS Update Service or undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
