Role Description:

Working as a Day HCA, your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

What do we expect from the ideal Day HCA?

Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Be able to provide two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
