The role of a Flexi-hours Support Worker includes:

As a Flexi-hours Support Worker, you'll be responsible for caring in various settings and situations. You will be expected to complete day-to-day tasks set by the home.

A great Flexi-hours Support Worker would possess:

• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements to meet are:

• You require the right to live and work in the UK.
• Understand how to prepare and manage your workload.

*Any person who is successful in getting the role is required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
