You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a HCA Flexi Hours. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

An ideal HCA Flexi Hours candidate has:

• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.

What we need from our candidates:

• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Be able to plan and manage assignments.

*Successful candidates are required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).
