Role requirements:

In your role as a Senior Care Assistant you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

To be an ideal Senior Care Assistant candidate, you need the following:

• A caring and sympathetic attitude.
• Minimum of 6 months (in the last 2 years) working experience in Nursing or Residential Care.
• A gain of satisfaction from the work they do, as well as the care given.

Conditions to meet are:

• Have at least two professional references (verified with the organisation).

Position wage:£10.42-£20

*We require all successful candidates to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if successful.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
