In LS7 Leeds, we are now looking for a Senior Weekend Health Care Assistant.

Job description:

As a Senior Weekend Health Care Assistant, your job will be to improve residents' quality of life, whilst establishing a great relationship with both themselves and their loved ones.

What makes a great Senior Weekend Health Care Assistant:

• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.
• A caring and patient attitude towards others.
• Appreciation for what they do.
• Ability to work varied shift patterns.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.

• Be able to plan and manage assignments.
• Have a dedication to providing high-quality care.
• Possess current up-to-date training.
• Provide a work history of at least five years.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£20

*Every successful applicant is required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
