We are currently looking for a Support Worker Part-Time in Pontefract.

Support Worker Part-Time are expected to carry out the following:

As a Support Worker Part-Time, you'll be making a difference in others' lives, assisting in all forms of day-to-day activities and tasks.

It is expected that the ideal Support Worker Part-Time has:

• Great communication skills.

• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

*Every successful applicant will have to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
