We are looking for a Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant in the Grimsby area.

Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant are expected to carry out the following:

As a Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

The ideal Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant possesses:

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible with shifts and adaptable to changing working patterns.

We require from you:

• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Effective management of your own workload.
• You should have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

You will be paid:£10.42-£19

**Note: All applicants are required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level), unless registered with the DBS Update Service.

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
