We are currently looking for a Senior HCA in Doncaster.

Role specification:

In your role as a Senior HCA you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

To be an ideal Senior HCA, you should have:

• Minimum of 6 months Nursing or Residential Care working experience in the last 2 years. Alternatively, two years of experience in the last five is also desirable.
• Flexibility to work shifts on a varied schedule.
• Fantastic communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written).

What’s required:

• Provide a work history of at least five years.
• Be happy to work in different care home settings (job descriptions may vary).

Senior HCA payment:£10.42-£20

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
