Currently, we are looking for a Senior Support Worker (Flexi-hours) in L1 Liverpool.

Position specification:

As a Senior Support Worker (Flexi-hours), your main focus will be to help those under your care, ensuring they can live a quality lifestyle.

To be an ideal Senior Support Worker (Flexi-hours), you should have:

• Minimum of 6 months Nursing or Residential Care working experience in the last 2 years. Alternatively, two years of experience in the last five is also desirable.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
• A caring, compassionate, and understanding character.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

The position’s requirements are:

• Be dedicated to providing top-quality care.
• Possess a verifiable 5-year work history.
• Possess current up-to-date training.
• Consistently be able to adapt and perform various duties in different care homes.

Senior Support Worker (Flexi-hours) payment:£10.42-£19.90

*Please bear in mind that successful applicants will be asked to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
