What does the role entail

As a Care Assistant (days), it will be your responsibility to help residents in all aspects of daily life. These will include helping to carry out domestic duties, administrative work, social activities, etc.

A great Care Assistant (days) would possess:

• Ability to work varied shift patterns.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

We require the following:

• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be dedicated to providing top-quality care.
• Be able to prepare and manage your own workload effectively.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
