In CH42 Birkenhead, there is an opening for a Senior Support Worker.

Information about the job:

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

To be an ideal Senior Support Worker candidate, you need the following:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Minimum of 6 months (in the last 2 years) working experience in Nursing or Residential Care.
• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.
• A patient, caring, and understanding disposition.

Conditions you must meet are:

• Be able to plan and manage your own workload in a time-efficient manner.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Be happy to go to different care homes and undertake various tasks.

You'll be paid:£10.42-£20.74

*Please bear in mind that successful applicants will be asked to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
