There is a new vacancy in RG27 for a Senior Support Worker.

The role of a Senior Support Worker includes:

Your responsibility as a Senior Support Worker will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

A good Senior Support Worker candidates would need to have:

• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
• Commitment for what they do.
• A patient and understanding attitude.
• On-the-job experience in a Nursing Home or Residential Care Home. We require a minimum of 6 months' experience in the past 2 years, or 2 years' experience in the last 5 years.

What we need from our candidates:

• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Possess a checkable work history of at least five years.

Senior Support Worker payment:£10.42-£20

*Every successful applicant will have to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
