Position specification:

In your role as a Health Care Assistant you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents in the home you are working at. Your tasks will be varied and set by the home.

Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.
Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).

*Please note, all applicants must undertake an enhanced DBS check if successful.

*We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
