In Mirfield, we are now looking for a Support Worker (Flexible hours).

Role requirements:

Working as a Support Worker (Flexible hours), you’ll be responsible for providing support to others, so that they can live their days to the fullest. You will be assisting with any needs, both personal and physical, to better their life.

To be an ideal Support Worker (Flexible hours), you should have:

• Excellent communication skills to both staff and those under your care at all times.
• Ability to work varied shift patterns.

The position requires the following:

• Establish effective working relationships.
• Be devoted to providing superb care.
• Be able to manage assignments.
• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• You need to possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Pay rate:£10.42-£19.90

*Everyone who is successful must undergo an enhanced DBS check.

*We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
