We are currently looking for a Weekend Health Care Assistant in Hope Valley.

Position specification:

As a Weekend Health Care Assistant, you are responsible for the residents in the home you’re working at. You will be required to complete any tasks set by the home, and tend to any residents that may need your help.

The ideal Weekend Health Care Assistant possesses:

• A caring, compassionate, and understanding character.
• Care and love for what they do.
• Minimum of 6 months Nursing or Residential Care working experience in the last 2 years. Alternatively, two years of experience in the last five is also desirable.

We require the following:

• Possess current up-to-date training.
• Be comfortable carrying out different assignments in various care homes.
• Have a checkable work history of at least five years.

Rates of pay:£21.50-£43.60

*All successful applicants must be registered with the DBS Update Service or undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Before applying, please ensure you have at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 worth of experience in a hospital, residential care or nursing home.
