In RG27 Hook, we are excited to be looking for a Senior Support Worker.

Role specification:

As a Senior Support Worker, your job will be to improve residents' quality of life, whilst establishing a great relationship with both themselves and their loved ones.

A good Senior Support Worker candidates would need to have:

• Commitment for what they do.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Six months of working experience in Nursing or Residential Care in the past two-years, or two years experience in the last five.

The position requires the following:

• Confirm your work history from the past five years.
• Establish effective working relationships.
• Be prepared to manage your workload assignments effectively.
• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Senior Support Worker payment:£10.42-£19

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
