We are currently looking for a Flexi-hours HCA in NR17 Norwich.

More about the role:

As a Flexi-hours HCA, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

What we want to see in a Flexi-hours HCA:

• Ability to work varied shift patterns.

• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Commitment to providing high standards of care.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
• Know how to plan and manage your own workload assignments.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£19

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
