About the job:

As a Carer (Flexi-hours), you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

An ideal Carer (Flexi-hours) candidate has:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Adaptability to different shift patterns.

Requirements you must meet are:

• Be able to plan and manage assignments.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

*Everyone who is successful must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
