Information about the job:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Support Worker. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A great Support Worker would possess:

• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
• The ability to consistently display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Our requirements are:

• You need to possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Plan and effectively manage your own workload assignments.
• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be devoted to providing superb care.

You'll be paid:£10.42-£19.90

*Everyone who applies and is successful must undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
