Currently, there’s a Day HCA opening in HX6 .

Role specification:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Day HCA. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What do we expect from the ideal Day HCA?

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
• Adjustability to be able to work varied shifts.

We require from you:

• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• You possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Be able to plan and manage assignments.
• Have a dedication to providing high-quality care.
• Establish effective working relationships.

Pay rate:£10.42-£19.90

*If you are successful in your application, you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS Check.

*Please note: Ensure you have experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
