We are excited to offer an opening for a Night Care Assistant in L39 .

Night Care Assistant are expected to carry out the following:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Night Care Assistant. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What makes a great Night Care Assistant:

• The ability to consistently display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.

We require the following from all candidates:

• Know how to prepare and manage your own workload assignments effectively.
• Be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
• Have a dedication to providing superb care.
• Have at least two professional references (verified with the organisation).

We give you the following:

• Support from a skilled team who work around your availability and look after your needs.

Pay rate:£10.42-£20.00

*Please note, all applicants must undertake an enhanced DBS check if successful.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
