As a Support Worker (Flexible hours), your main focus will be to help those under your care, ensuring they can live a quality lifestyle.

We would expect a Support Worker (Flexible hours) to possess:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Adaptability to different shift patterns.

• Be able to show you possess the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be able to manage assignments.
• Be dedicated to providing superb care.
• Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
