Working as a Senior Day Health Care Assistant, your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

What do we expect from the ideal Senior Day Health Care Assistant?

• Understanding towards others.
• Adaptability to different shift patterns.
• Minimum of 6 months Nursing or Residential Care working experience in the last 2 years. Alternatively, two years of experience in the last five is also desirable.
• Appreciation for what they do.

Requirements you must meet are:

• Plan and effectively manage your own workload assignments.
• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Have a checkable 5 years of work history.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£18.00

*Everyone who applies and is successful must undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
