Position specification:

Working as a Care Worker, your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

Being an excellent Care Worker means having:

• Fantastic communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written).
• Adjustability to be able to work varied shifts.

Our requirements are:

• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• At least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Know how to prepare and manage your own workload assignments effectively.
• You require the right to live and work in the UK.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20

*Everyone applying must apply for a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Before applying, please ensure you have at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 worth of experience in a hospital, residential care or nursing home.
