Carer are expected to carry out the following:

As a Carer, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

A good Carer candidates would need to have:

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

Our requirements are:

• Plan and manage own workload effectively
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Be committed to providing superb care.

You'll be paid:£10.42-£20.74

*Every successful applicant is required to apply for a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
