As a Care Assistant - Days, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

An ideal Care Assistant - Days candidate has:

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts on a varied schedule.

What we need from our candidates:

• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be dedicated to providing top-quality care.
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£19

*All successful applicants must undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
