We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker in L12 .

As a Senior Support Worker, your duties will include:

In your role as a Senior Support Worker you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

A good Senior Support Worker candidates would need to have:

• The ability to show a patient and sympthatic attitude.
• Minimum of 6 months (in the last 2 years) working experience in Nursing or Residential Care.
• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.

We require from you:

• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
• Plan and effectively manage your own workload assignments.
• Be dedicated to providing superb care.
• Have current, up-to-date training.
• At least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Pay:£10.42-£19.90

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
