Currently in BD22 Keighley, there is a new opening for a Senior HCA (days).

Role requirements:

As a Senior HCA (days), your main focus will be to help those under your care, ensuring they can live a quality lifestyle.

An ideal Senior HCA (days) candidate has:

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Minimum six months experience in the past two years, or two years experience in the last five, working in Nursing or Residential Care.
• Appreciation for importance of the work they do.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• A caring and patient attitude towards others.

Requirements to meet are:

• Plan and effectively manage your own workload assignments.
• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• You should have partaken in recent, up-to-date training.
• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

You will be paid:£10.42-£19.90
