Role description:

Your responsibility as a Support Worker will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

What we want to see in a Support Worker:

• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• Excellent communication skills to both staff and those under your care at all times.

Conditions you must meet are:

• Have at least two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to providing high standards of care.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.

Support Worker payment:£10.42-£18.00

*Every successful applicant is required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*Please note: Ensure you have experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
